But these are the rules that ALL promoters aware of and should adhere to on all occasions and not just when it suits their own agenda's. I don't recall Kings Lynn or Speedway Star berating the asset system when Ward & Batchelor were sold for large sums of money.
-
And you can't force someone to rent their house if they are adamant they want to sell, but you can't afford it.
-
It's your house, do what you like. Would you like it if the estate agent made the decision for you? To turn it round if you see a house for sale would you knock on their door and demand that they only let it? Wow, didn't expect that to be the answer

Batch was illegaly appraoched, NKI wasn't apparently.
-
I've read the rules on there but it says nothing about rolling averages, loan agreements or 2 riders from top 20

I just would have thought a Peterborough insult would belong in the Peterborough thread, or was it that you thought you would get a better reponse in here? Anyway moving on to more important matters. Batch to be bought, Hans future undecided http://www.peterboroughtoday.co.uk/sport/speedway/speedway-one-good-one-bad-and-one-unsettled-situation-1-4694871

Nope. Just read it and I'm still none the wiser.
-
Seems like Lynn are starting to get the concept, a bit too late.

Gotta feel sorry for British Speedway in all this. It is now permitted to illegally approach riders and if you do you will not get punished, you will be rewarded with a cheap loan deal for your endeavours. If you have the gaul to appeal this decision the BSPA Chairman will make his own mind up and publicly announce his decision before the appeal hearing. The BSPA have stooped to a new low of unimaginable depths.
-
A bit longer to wait, got the scb appeal to go yet
-
Maybe they don't wish to air their dirty laundry in public as you do. Again I ask why did you post your insult in the Swindon thread and not the Peterborough thread?
-
Or zengota? Now that would be funny. It is hougaard though surely
-
I read you posts moaning about some promoter/rider/sponsorship and wonder what you must do for them all to mistreat you. I think I now have my answer. Just out of interest why didn't you post this little nugget in the Peterborough thread?
-
Nah ET says we are now just a number one and a reserve away from completing.

I asked if Linus had changed his mind. Steveo said none of our assets wanted to ride for us, last time I looked Linus was an asset and in the team.
-
Has Linus changed his mind then?
-
Opinion not fact. Whose to say Swindon weren't bluffing also with AM last year?

Just thought I would throw this is from the Bournemouth Echo dated 15/11/12. Meanwhile, Ford also revealed that Poole asset Jason Doyle was under consideration. The Australian lifted his average from 5.28 to 6.50 as he helped Swindon to Elite League glory last term. Doyle has already stated he would be keen to stay at Blunsdon in 2013 but Ford insisted: “Jason Doyle is very much an option. He had a great year and he did exactly what we always knew he could do.” Ford added: “I don’t care if I don’t disclose the final team member until March 1, I really am in no hurry this year. “It will have to be contracts that are beneficial to the club and if that means us taking our time in our assets, other clubs are just going to have to be understanding that our riders won’t be released until that point.”

= wrong.

Easy isn't it?
