Only last year's Season & Monthly Pass holders have access to the 2022 Season content. I would imagine you will have access for 2023 matches until at least the start of 2024 season.

I believe monthly and single match passes will be available - single match £12. Not sure where you're getting £149 from? Since early bird prices finished on 31/12/22 it's now £139 championship, £89 premiership or £208 for both

Did Premier Sports show Polish League last year? They are called ViaPlay now and doesn't look like they will be showing Sweden next year as currently no host broadcaster.
