  1. PRICE FREEZE Thursday October 29, 2015 PETERBOROUGH bosses are to repay supporters for their brilliant backing in 2015 by freezing season-ticket prices. The Readypower Panthers are delighted to offer 2016 packages at unchanged rates of £300 for adults and £200 for concessions. Those prices include car-parking and a programme and season tickets will be valid for all meetings except any finals the club may reach. But fans will have to move fast to snap them up as this rate is only available until December 11 after which date the prices will rise. Promoter Ged Rathbone said: "I can't praise the fans highly enough for the way they have backed the club in the past year. "Not only did they dig deep in our time of need last winter, they turned out in consistently good numbers throughout the season. "We were also thrilled to have two bumper crowds for the play-off meetings and it is that sort of support which has made it possible for us to keep season tickets at 2015 prices. "I would urge fans to snap them up as quickly as possible to guarantee themselves the best rates. "They are available at the current rate for the next few weeks and they really do represent outstanding value to watch some terrific racing at what is without doubt the most exciting track in the country. "And, if we do succeed in making to any cup or play-off finals, season-ticket holders will receive discounted entry to those meeting." A season-ticket application form can be downloaded by clicking here http://www.peterboroughpanthers.co/ticketoffice They will also be on sale at the Peterborough Panthers Speedway Supporters Club (PPSSC) bash tomorrow night (Friday) at the Post Office Club in the city. And season-tickets are also available at the East of England Showground between 10am and 2pm on Saturday providing an open practice session goes ahead. General admission prices are still to be finalised. http://www.peterboroughpanthers.co/news.php?extend.2671.2
  2. It must be difficult to stalk someone who is never where they are supposed to be. Of course they did, and was Elvis and Lord Lucan also there?
  3. God why do I get the feeling you are going to use your 'quirky worky' joke again.
  4. Yeah, when are we going to be told Ulrich is our first signing?
  5. Can't be otherwise I'd suspect they would rather sweep it all under the carpet as opposed to keep bringing it up.
  6. Liar - I know at least two of your accounts above are crap. You also conveniently forgot the Fours - you took great delight at the time telling all and sundry some crap that no one else saw.
  7. He is absolutely shocking out of the gate. Greenwood has a 3.00 PL average and is eligible for NL so can't see went he can't ride at 7?
  8. That would be some team, but ain't never going to happen
  9. Fans Forum PETERBOROUGH bosses have promised to put supporters in the picture for 2016 after announcing an East of England Showground fans' forum. The full Readypower Panthers management team - promoter Ged Rathbone, co-promoter Trevor Swales, and joint team bosses Dale Allitt and Carl Johnson - will be present at the event on Tuesday (October 13, 8pm start). They intend to chat openly about their plans for the future and will also take on board suggestions from supporters. Rathbone said: "We are coming to the end of what has been a very pleasing season. "Regardless of whether or not we succeed in reaching the Premier League Grand Final, there is no doubt in my mind that 2015 can be classed as a success. "I feel the decision to fight so hard to keep the club going has been vindicated and the large crowds seen at recent meetings fill me with optimism for the future. "Our thoughts are already turning to 2016 and we want to keep supporters in the loop about our ideas to take the club forward. "We are also open to any suggestions they may have to help us enhance the Peterborough Speedway experience. "All members of the management team will be present to share their thoughts on the present and the future, as well as to take questions from the floor." Entry to the fans' forum, which will take place in the Peterborough Suite, is free. http://www.peterboroughpanthers.co/news.php?extend.2661.2
  10. I heard he was riding for Swindon at Oxford.
  11. Waiting for fitness of riders to be confirmed - Anders being one I suspect
  12. Huge risk and they know it. Anders is unfit and won't/can't take an extra ride. I think we will have a guest
  13. Klindt can't ride as was in a play off team. Has to be Tungate for me.
  14. And we have still won more Elite League titles, 2 to their none actually. Try again...
  15. Still must be galling to see your nearest rivals being successful. Luckily we don't have that problem at Peterborough.
  16. Despite all the money spent Glasgow are still living in Edinburgh's shadow. Their fans are now rooting for Edinburgh it seems. How odd.
  17. So it's team Scotland now that they smashed you in the league cup final? We may well go out & end up trophy-less but we didn't spend a fortune trying to buy it.
  18. Scaphoids don't always show up on x ray so normally put in plaster regardless and told to come back in 10 days. I guess that's what has happened here.
  19. Thought scaphoid was a bone in your hand. Either way it will be painful & unwise to ride I would think
