Well Bomber & Nicholls are riding in PK's farewell the same day so count those out.

I can't see Coventry being this seasons 1-7, some of their riders are very unhappy.

Not anymore. Horton should never be allowed near a Speedway track again, let alone the showground. Who now for the challenge on 19th March? Edit: website now showing Scunthorpe on 24th March as the 'next home meeting' so presume the challenge match is being scrapped altogether?

So he can afford £2.2 million but not £100,000?

Apologies if this has been covered else where. I was just listening to the radio and an advert came on for the MCN Festival of Speed at Peterborough 13-14 May. In the advert it states speedway will be one of the attractions. Surprised by this, anyone know anything more?

PETERBOROUGH are giving supporters extra time to purchase 2017 season tickets. The initial deadline at the end of January has now passed, but promoter Ged Rathbone has put the packages back on sale for the remainder of February. He is delighted with the number sold so far and hopes more 'T Balfe Construction' fans are able to take advantage of the deal. Rathbone said: "The take-up of season tickets has been very pleasing again. "But we're very mindful that we have just been through the Christmas period which is probably the most expensive time of the year. "Some supporters have made us aware that would be keen to become season-ticket holders, but weren't quite in a position in December and January to make that financial commitment. "Therefore we have decided to put season tickets back on sale for the rest of February to give anyone, who may have missed the original deadline, the chance to purchase them." Prices were frozen at 2016 rates of £300 (adults) and £200 (concessions) for season-ticket renewals - even though the club will have more home meetings in the coming year. The cost of season tickets for new applicants is £330 for adults and £220 for concessions. The package includes a programme and car parking for every meeting, and discounted entry to any prestige fixtures, such as semi-finals or finals. Season tickets can be purchased by downloading an application form http://www.peterboroughpanthers.co/ticketoffice

Well we are in Cardiff for the whole weekend so that's 3 missing. For some it'll also influence their decision to buy a season ticket or not, such are the margins. How many track staff will also be in Cardiff still?

Let's see how many teams complete 2017

Middlo, is that you? -
Just looking at the fixtures and Saturday 13th May against Newcastle will be on at the same time as the Warsaw SGP on telly. And why plan a meeting on Sunday 23rd July when a lot of people will still be in Cardiff, on their way back or stopping off to watch the World U21 Final at Swindon.

Lynn don't ride Saturdays? Anyway Ipswich tried to arrange challenges with Lynn but their riders won't all be back. Could be being a Saturday night track but again why would it still be tbc? I think Leicester makes the most sense.
