  1. My understanding is a rider who has never rode in our league comes in on a 2.00 average. The 3.00 average is still valid to certain riders who rode number 7 last season.

  12. I was under the impression he would come in on an assessed 5.00 as he has not ridden in the U.K. For the last 2 seasons Probably applies to riders under a 4.00 average otherwise it will be hard to keep hold of
