Aparanty it was missed of the AGM's report - the rate has changed from 1.6 to 1.4 to reflect 2014 averages

Which makes Hansens average 7.70

Hansens current EL average is 5.50 x 1.4 which equals 7.70 - if my maths are correct with the new conversion rate
