  1. I, for one, am glad Harris is in the GP series ahead of Walasek. Not sure i would open the curtains if Walasek was racing in my back garden
  2. didnt he finish top 6 last year and 4 podium finishes?
  3. mmmm....i think he does have more chance than you
  4. dont be dissing the wonderful Poles when the witchfinder general is on the prowl, he can get very upset you know
  5. seems to be a lot of protesting in Polish speedway just recently.
  6. I have to say, i cant tell the difference in the sound of the silencers from last year to this...
  7. I think this will be a one season wonder. Soon engine tuners will work out how to get the same performance from the new silencers and the riders will use them everywhere. The Polish lads will all be using them more often than not anyway, as they ride in Sweden, UK, etc and if Gollob, Hampel et al find themselves at a disadvantage in the GP's to the others, then the old silencers will stop being used in Poland pretty quick. I have to say, i couldnt hear much difference when at Belle Vue this season. The racing is marginally slower, so what? The racing is just as good, plenty of overtaking inside and out.
  8. Crump won 3 world titles as a BV rider, so Harris GP fortunes won't be harmed by riding for Belle Vue.
  9. And a pretty strange opinion at that! The best riders are in the GP. The others can qualify by right through the GP Challenge. Some get a wild card spot based on their efforts in world speedway in the previous year, some admittedly because of their nationality. However, they dont get there because they are rich, invited in because of the sponsors they can bring with them, or purely their commercial merchandising value, which are three big reasons to get yourself into Formula 1 or MotoGP.
