Personally don’t think Superheat is a satisfactory way of deciding meeting. 2 nominated riders in a Match Race is a fairer outcome.IMO

Admission prices won’t drop though to match the drop in standard.

It’s hard to see potential buyers jumping in without knowledge of what’s going with Leagues etc..Probably all done and dusted behind the scenes.(BSPA are more secretive and closed shop than the Masonic Lodge)

Looks a good prospect.Lets see what happens when he is up against 3 seasoned campaigners in a race.Will Cairns is very stylish and has great bike control skills but admits he still has a lot too learn when he doesn’t gate. Wish them both well though and that they have a good career.World Class at 16 there have been few.Think we are getting bit carried away with the young Brits though when you look at the big picture.

Why is Ashfield only 1/2 full most of the season then.Where are all these missing fans rest of the season.Im sure it wasn’t Poole fans that filled up the Stadium on Friday. You and me could name a few reasons. The Faccenna’s could not do any more than they have done over the last few years.

Think it is correct,Assets no longer exist. Have no Idea what it means financially.

By the same logic where do you think the crowds are going to appear from for speedway in General .

Would think Poole would like him to stay.He was the go -to man when a big race was required last season (Lawson accepted).Still improving and stylish. His performance was the difference in Pirates winning the League IMO.

As a neutral the speedway at Ashfield is very entertaining most weeks but can see Poole’s point of view if they are filling the Stadium every week with a Team that is winning every week.A few away and neutral fans watching on TV doesn’t pay the wage bill.
