I take your point regarding materials.I don’t understand why conditions can be so different from week to week at certain tracks(weather conditions accept).All you here from riders is (the track if different this week complaint and can’t get set-up).Let’s face it riders don’t want any dirt on track(very few exceptions).Riders want “gate and go racing”stuff the fans. Glasgow on Friday was quite and entertaining meeting (with a decent track prep)but I’m sure most of the Home riders would be moaning.Cami even said his riders need to gate better(because that’s all they want slick track).Dirt makes they look like juniors at times.

Think it’s pretty even between them 3.Glasgow definitely need DanT back and in good form.IMO

Toby Thompson was very impressive considering he had never ridden it before,and it wasn’t just gating.

As long as you’re happy with them.Like you point out doing their job. Personally if the Top 5 have an off day this is what will happen.

It certainly didn’t look a gaters track.Rowe,Thompson and Kerr certainly passing.Bomber probably loved that track prep.Flint is OK if he gates,Howarth struggled a bit and the reserves really struggled.

How long will Boughen be “injured”.

Did it affect the crowd level.

Mitchell Davey was excellent.

Considering Starke had two on the trot did not seem to get a lot of extra time. Tigers Harris apart were poor,would have been a heavier defeat but for Barker. Track look ok and rode well.IMO.

Flint is just a gater.

Trouble is British Speedway is letting itself be trodden all over nowadays and then wonders where the crowds have gone.

It’s getting beyond farcical these .Fewer fixture supposedly because own riders availablity and now it guests for every fixture at most tracks.Mediocre riders taking the p#ss out of GB speedway away 1/2 the season.

Would agree,but if you watch Polish League matches track conditions are normally consistently good( suiting modern day speedway).Riders don’t seem to struggle with track conditions.In Uk they seem different every meeting at tracks.

6.63 was his best season over here for Edinburgh

Agree,I you analyse Sat ,he passed somebody in each of his heats to Top the scorers.The rest bar Freddie if they didn’t gate they were poor and just hoped to get 6-7 points to make the Semi,s and take their chance.Zmarzlik is a complete Professional.

Professional Sport is all about pressure though. Collins,Lee,Screen ,Woffy all had the same type of hype.
