The track was not good for racers like Holder IMO.Nicki just stuck too the midtrack slick line and got a shock when MJJ past him on the inside.MJJ rode that line all night with success.

Machin is a Promoter who can see where the sport is going but can't seem to do anything about it.You can't blame him if he is not willing to lose a lot of money paying over the odds to run the sport.

I find it strange that the future is decided by how many people turn up at a Hotel.If 600or700 hundred turn up where are they going to put them all.After all the is near enough what crowd levels have to be at PL level.Would it not be a better Idea to address the crowd at Ashfield and tell them whats going on.A more realistic option IMO. Agree Barrett and Dyer would solve reserve problem for next season.Both could improve IMO which is what you need.

You don't seem to grasp that some Promoters are not going to bankrupt the club for the sake of riders demand,There are a lot of clubs in financial difficuties IMO.Machin has promoted long enough now to recognise paying over the odds ,unfortunately there are other Promotions who pay big money and are in difficulty.There will have to be big changes in the winter if all the clubs want to survive IMO.Fisher IMO is very expensive hence lack of offers like i said he is a good rider though

I would agree,anybody with his back -up Team would struggle given their track record.But he seems happy with them and thats all the counts.

Regarding whether speedway is an expensive sport Ithink you have to factor in the speedway has always been known as a family sport ,which IMO puts different perspective on it.That might be a reason that a lot of fans find it expensive. The Berwick Promotion must take great credit for recognising this fact in their reduced admission prices +u/16 getting in free when accompanied by an Adult.That is a huge reduction to a Family.
