Well done Tomasz fully deserved Title on of the best entertainers on a speedway bike .Title in the bag and still focussed on the win on the night. To hear Pearson and Tatum comments about him taking chances with title in the bag is pitiful,Gollob never short -changes the fans.Well done Chris Harris who once again proves if you give him a decent racetrack he can compete with the best.Hans does not have much luck these days in gp's but him and AJ seem to be "over the hill" in regards title contenders.
Wayne would have been a great rider IMO if his career had not been blighted by serios injuries Wayne and George Hunter had very similier styles and were heading for the top till varoius mishaps took their toll. Those were the days!!
You are right about the Polish team manager .I did not realise that you could replace a rider in your team more than once if you were behind which made it even more an error.
The Question is can Jason & Nicky return to their top notch standard, because IMO they will have too if want to be Champ again . Emil,Holder,Hampel Lingren& Bjerre for example are not going to fade away.
While your assumption about Magnus may be correct ,there have been plenty OTHERS like him over the last few years.he has done the rounds and QUALIFIED on merit .Plenty have failed. Harris Lingdren&Bjerre are all GP riders where were they tonight dont say they were not trying.
All great riders ,saw them all, what about Guy Allott(sheffield) Eric Boothroyd (middlesborough) Jack Scott (plymouth) all big stars in the old PL. Sverre Harrfeldt was something special IMO
Cannot blame them not bothering where they show it . Total Dross this season. Do not even set the video now ,just go and watch Clewsy at Berwick he pass more riders in 4 Heats than happens in a whole GP
