There will be more than one team trying to sign him IMO.Its only the rolling averages that he is on 6.40 .Shielfield was probably not his favourite track but was getting the hang of it by the end of season,like you say his skill on the more technical tracks was excellent.I certainly have him back.
I agree we need more stability in teams and retaining rider that can be associated with the club rather as have to change for the sake of the rules and averages.
Dont think Fricke will get very far north of Swindon when he makes it over ,a strong Leigh Adams connection I believe .A real talent IMO,and a nice lad to chat with.
Roynon is a class act but like yourself I think the way he rides he will always be in scrapes that more often than not are caused by him not taking into account who he is riding against( lesser skill)and getting into tight situations.I wish him well though and an injury free season.
Saw him at Berwick looked OK in after meeting spin but on a 5pt average will struggle IMO.The ypoung Aussie who have impressed me were Max Fricke and Ryan Douglas,even for them to achieve 5pt av in first season would be a challenge.
