  1. Correct ,they forgot to consult their own rule book. The Ref at Berwick should have also read it and made the correct decision.
  2. I think it would have been better to introduce a draft system of YOUNG riders to PL instead of EL.It was purely a money saving exercise to save EL IMO
  3. What is the quality of the pies from the Burger Van on the first bend .
  4. I agree regards signing riders who will miss fixtures for the Team no facilities should be allowed, might make Promotions think a bit more about who they sign. You could then scrap half the stupid rules in Speedway.
  5. You just passing time while your computer is number crunching again!
  6. This isn't a criticism of any particular riders but a7 point average from your Top man on paper isn't going to get you far.Winning vital races is more important.take Kus on Sat had 3 wins but 2 poor rides he rode to his average if it had been a tight match it might have made the difference, you surely have to beat opposition reserves when you are on form.for a lot of riders Home form keeps their "average". Averages don't mean a lot to me ,but again that is just an opinion.Cook at Edinburgh is an example of how to really ride to your average when it is a meaningful target, not 6or7 points a meeting which is relatively easy for a so called Heat Leader. On another note must congratulate the Berwick Track Staff for track prep this season it has been excellent IMO .
  7. I would have Kus at 2 and Bellego at 3 if the rules allow it. It depends if Steen copes with the move up.He certainly is excellent at Home in reserve ,away and in the Top 5 might be a different story that why Kevin has to get goingIMO.
  8. Averages dictated he was our No1 it will be rolling averages that matter otherwise he might have dropped to reserve on this season so far.Needs to get going IMO,he is a better rider than the form he is showing this year.
  9. the only thing I would argue there is that Doolan wasn't brought in as a solid 2nd string,
  10. Ithink the rain -off on Thursday caused the problem for Procter because the rules state you cannot use R/r for a rider who has not ridden for the club ,which was the case with Procter. Why they got R/r for Roynon after sacking him is the mysteryIMO
  11. That might come back to bite you on the ar*e.Dont think this tie is dead we should have finished them off last night but we let them off the hook in a couple of races.Stead was the only real threat.
  12. Fair play to Liam had a great couple of rides, but the Team manager done the correct thing by replacing him in his last ride IMO.It is the KO Cup and every point counts and Jensen was having a great meeting and the managers change paid off.I admit I would have criticised him had he not made the change.
  13. The sport as aTeam sport is in melt down , but who really cares now,you couldn't make up what happens regarding Speedway rules.
  14. Read the rule book, clearly states you can't use r/r for a rider who has not ridden for the club.Thursdays cancellation probably makes this rule valid.Like you sat only in Speedway.
  15. Think that will be the reason.Roynon will now be deemed to be withholding services.Farcical!!!!!!!!
  16. negotiate a more suitable date when the fixtures came out, other clubs seem to be able to do it.
  17. That's the point ,they knew the dates he would be missing.
  18. I think the Promotion were naive to arrange a KO Cup fixture with a key home rider missing.A league match Ok but you only get one chance in the cup.
  19. I agree, there should be no facility as the club know the situation before signing these riders ,the sport is just a joke and a laughing stock.PL is now being sucked into all these stupid rules. Because they feel like it THIS WEEK.
