  1. Would agree,it's obvious his best equipment is keptfor elsewhere(except for special occasions). He is the only geniune World Class rider GB have though, and will be for the foreseeable future(based on last nights viewing)imo
  2. Woffinden, then put the other names in a hat and make the draw.It won't matter.
  3. It's the fans that keep the sport alive no doubt a few will give the re-run a miss.Speedway keeps shooting itself in the foot with disregarding the paying public.Better Medical cover is the obvious answer irrespective how often that kind of situation arises.
  4. Everone is on Tai's back regarding starting gate antics ,were Cooks any better he was out before the Final "tampering" with his gate position.?
  5. Have to laugh at Kelvin suggesting that Monmore is too tight entering the first bend if the 4 riders make a start, that's Speedway racing someone has to give way or risk being excluded IMO .the Ref bottled it last night.thought Cook was lucky to get in 3rd re- run, could have been excluded by some refs.Good track and good meeting.
  6. was a50/50 call IMO but Harris made the mistake on the 4th bend which let Nichols get along side him so he should have been ex in my book, you just can't turn in on the opponent when he has reached the bend alongside you.
  7. That rule seems to be ignored these days at certain tracks.
  8. well done to Craig Cook not his biggest fan but credit where it's due he was excellent tonight.Harris really is on the slide that was poor tonight,Wright and Garrity showed some of the bigger names up.
  9. No problem but I witnessed Doug punch his brother Willie after a race incident at Coatbridge so hell knows what he would have done to someone he didn't know.
  10. In Doug Templetons hey-day Nicki would have left the track on a stretcher !!!!!!! After such a move.
  11. The riders know what to expect when racing Nicki and can look after themselves, but the authorities have take matters in hand if riding gets out of order IMO.All other forms of Motor Sport have penalties for riders and drivers who they believe have went to far.
  12. Makes you wonder what equipment he uses for EL.Fair play to him though GP form has returned to last years level.very smooth last night.I really think British League speedway would be better off without these GP riders not sure they are giving it their best shot.
  13. It does rule out any arguments if the riders can see the clock when ignoring Start Marshall.
  14. I think you are doing Edinburgh disservice while Edinburgh is 25 miles from Armadale ,Livingston Hospital is about 5 miles away and is a major A &E .Anytime I Have been at Armadale the Ambulance situation has been dealt with with minimum disruption
  15. I like Nichols calm approach and sensible analysis of the meeting .Unlike the gobbledygook the Sam and Co spout.
  16. How do work that one out when they have been using a guest for Berge since he got injured
  17. Yer right, but unfortunately Social Media shows up the intellect of a number of riders.
  18. I quoted earlier the Berwick meeting was abandoned because the Doctor had to go in the Ambulance so that is obviously another area that should be looked into.Dont really see any conspiracy theories Posted.
  19. That's my point too,you have to eliminate these situations arising.
  20. Have to agree, the number of call -offs ,abandonments and meeting delays is causing major problems even die -hard fans are getting fed up these days. While riders safety is paramount there has to be better measures in place regarding meetings delays.Basically when treatment to the rider on the track is finished and he has been removed the meeting should then restart.Medical cover needs to be improved even if it is an extra expense.Standing around chatting for an hour in between delays is not every fans way of a good nights entertainment.
