  1. it's hard to figure the Wolbert situation everybody knows he is a decent rider at PL level,I'm wondering if he just has junk machinery that is kept in Glasgow for him and his best bikes are elsewhere. There are are few others that I think keep there best bikes for the continent,or maybe the foreign clubs are the owners of their bikes.
  2. The sport is being run on a shoestring, and all the new health and safety regs are causing havoc nowadays promotions just can't afford to pay a load of cash for standby arrangements which in all probability will never be needed. It is meant to be a professional sport but unfortunately it's dying on its arse, and these situations don't help
  3. it is a strange one,you would have thought that anyone out with injury would have be pass a doctors examination before returning ,however if he passes and returns he has too take 3 rides as per the rules therefore the team concerned would only have 1rider in the rides that need to be covered. There seems to be confusion about this situation but it is Speedway so it's not straightforward as they are made up the rules as they go along.
  4. Well done to the Bandits any away deserves credit.Glasgow don't have their problems to seek,Wolbert is taking the p*ss,he is a better rider than he is showing this season.Fans deserve better as they are loyal to the core.Hope their fortunes pick up.
  5. agree, but they are just going that bit faster the last few year makes it difficult to swoop like a few seasons ago,the leader is going 60-70 mph down the straight these days which makes passing only for the brave, these days or if the rider in front makes a mistake .its been said MANY TIMES the track needs re shaped and the racing lines would be fantastic unfortunately it is out of control of the speedway promotion and will never happen.IMO a good race doesn't need a pass , but a lot of riders just stick to what they have after a couple of laps.
  6. what's the latest on Claus is he riding this week-end?
  7. Agree there is nothing wrong with the track it's just the attitude of the visiting riders. The Monarchs are a good team though.I have seen a lot of good racing at Armadale irrespective of the score line
  8. Just a blip, and the Monarchs are the best in the League.!!!!!!!!
  9. Have to agree if we could put the Top Team in the PL out of the cup we might have chance of winning something.Dont think we will win the League.
  10. Fly to Prague train service to Parduvice is frequent and just over an hour,Rail Planner is a brilliant app.
  11. The BSPA way of thinking is everything in the sport is rosy but the fans are just not coming to watch, that is nothing do do with them!!!!!!!
  12. Great result for Bandits but it was with a different team than the original fixture. So can't really comment.Pity Friday can't get sunned off though.
  13. Forget the gps go to Parduvice for the Golden Helmet weekend.
  14. G22 6RU post code Saracen Park is the Stadium.404Hawthorn Street.
  15. Maybe so,but it is damaging to the sport who are trying to attract new fans as regulars .I will just give Armadale a miss now as I feel I am being short changed am sure other fans feel the same.
  16. Of course they did.Fans don't count in Speedway you have just to keep turning up,there will be a match between 14 riders.
  17. The Kus situation is typical of British Speedway. It never anybodies fault it just happens.JOKE. There must have been the usual embargo till the OFFICIAL news was released. You couldn't make it up'!!! Cheers, you may be right take a bit of gloss of the match.
  18. Surely one of the "in the know people " would like to comment on whether Kus is at Armadale or not, can't believe they did not announce the fact IF he was going to be absent.
