For polish riders Janowski and Pawlicki have adapted well to British type tracks and I am impressed with Milik who usually has a dodgy 1st ride but then seems to be able to get dialled in. Poole seem to be able to pick the right Foreign riders deserving winners IMO.

You are correct the EL will never return to the standard of the teams thank once graced the Showground,like you say any of the fans are probably lost to the sport like other tracks are finding,but Pl racing is a good standard if the BSPA can stop messing about with the rules and this doubling-up nonsense which is one effecting the integrity of the sport.As a speedway supporter for many years I find it sad that fans can give up the sport at one of the finest tracks in the country.Wont hold my breath though.

these fans are not speedway supporters IMO .the Elite League is anything but Elite.Watching Benji Compton in full flight must be exciting prospect.(sorry Benji it's not your fault).

Both legs of the final were decent meetings,best Team won,considering the experience in the Coventry team they were shown up by the young talent in the Pirates team .

Pawlicki is class.

Sarjeant rolls at the start most races that I have seen him ride ,the Ref can't call many back now after letting the rollers get away with it.

Don't think the stadiums are a big factor in bike sport if you look at other forms such as BSB,Mx the spectators stand in a field to watch the racing,it's the value for money and the daft rules that need to looked at.the sport cannot be taken seriously as a Team sport IMO .

Think they should just forget it and pay the fines might save thePromotions some money in the long run.

Heavy is a great team manager. Stands with his hands in his pockets his shoulders hunched and claims he does not know what is going on very Professional approach .Thats speedway nowadays ,Harris seemed quite happy it was off.
