Glasgow have already stated that the Speedway has to pay for itself ,they modernised the Stadium but will not throw money at the sport.Crowds have to sustain the sport.
So it's all right for riders to pick and choose meetings the want to ride in,after signing to ride for these Teams at start of season, perhaps he should be given 7 days rest by the powers at BSPA for missing a meeting.
No loyalty these days, ride every night of the week to make money and just anight off when you feel tired. There should be some form of control over riders who just miss meetings because it's in there best interests ,7 day rest period perhaps if missing meeting.
Don't really see what Thorsell done wrong there ,he was in front and did not seem to cut back that much IMO .Tungate was having trouble controlling his bike all night.Just an opinion.
Apart from injury situation, don't see the point of giving a rider outside the Top 8 a wildcard for the next season or what's the point of saying only the top 8 qualify, know it's tough as the series is at its strongest ,but that's just tough on those who don't make Top8.IMO. It keeps new blood coming.
Tungate definately decides to get of the bike early when he thinks he is in trouble.Dont know what Greaves was complaining about he was pulling lockers on that bend all night. You can see the riders with bike handling skills when a track is a little tricky.
