Full time speedway riders.Maybe Part time would be the answer for them!nobody is forcing them to be a speedway rider.Speedway is in a mess,pure and simple.

Too much in the context of the money coming into the sport,that's how so many clubs are in financial difficulty and are only surviving on the generosity of the fans.As I have said before the riders are digging there own grave.Its a sport if you can make enough money at it you should pack it in.Promoters are their own worst enemy in some cases.Many tell you about their losses but whose money are they losing in some cases,is it mainly Sponsership money??

Bates will know about the fancy sandwiches and no swearing when he turns up next week!! .Mechanics need to stay out of all this nonsense.Riders can look after themselves .

Their efforts a couple of years ago have petered out,so don't think it will be easy to find land anywhere these days.

From what I have seen and heard over the last week ,where is the Final of the Mechanics boxing competition being held.!!!

He official Monarchs Website says the cessation of greyhounds does not effect Speedway.

Sincerely hope Worky run next season,it is a decent track and have seen some cracking meetings there.

Having attending every BLRC from1967 till the end of the Hyde Road era I cannot remember any No1 pulling out of the meeting other than injury.Its a sad state of affairs nowadays. There is no loyalty towards team or fans.Hyde Road once your found your spot on the terracing that was you for the night it was rammed packed.Changed days.!

Same could be said at a number of clubs!! What has happened to all those fans.?

It was a hard move from Lindgren but he did get a bit of extra grip that cased him to lift a little and it took him across the track a bit and got closer to Cookie than he meant to IMO .Dont like Tai's attitude but It didn't spoil my nights entertainment.

Too many Promotions overpaying riders without the income from gate receipts,relying on sponsers and fans to subsidise losses.Things will not change though,riders are digging their own grave.

There has been a lot "sick notes" and riders not recovering from injury in the last few weeks.!!!!!

Can see Fricke giving the Uk a miss next considering how well he is doing abroad .

Many fans have put their views forward at the end of each season,but the Promoters just make some silly rule changes regarding Team strengths instead of the real problem regarding equipment .

Neither did I,Tai is just trying to keep himself in the limelight with all these new riders coming through and spoiling his party.His comments on TV and social media just show up his intellect .

It was "a be there moment " Atmosphere was electric.Racing was close ,kind of agree with Cook after Ht7 track grade seemed to put Belle Vue out their stride.Well done to Wolves though deserved their win.

While I don't mind the riders having a little bit of a tantrum with each other after a race (with the helmets on usually )something have to be done regarding mechanics acting like thugs and minders.They should be banned if inciting trouble as a couple of them did last night.The riders and stewards can sort out any niggles themselves.It could lead to provoking the fans and that is not what is needed in a family sport like speedway.Generally both sets of fans mingle on the terraces without anything more than good natured banter and that's how it should stay.Great meeting great atmosphere and what a track that is. take a bow Peter Karlsson mighty performance ,won them the trophy IMO .

I agree Cook would not survive i a GP environment these moves are commonplace ,acted in the heat of the moment which maybe is understandable ,but after they met again in heat 15 acted like a pratt after the race again just before they went to get their medals and was going to kick off again till Gordon intervened.Total plonker in my book.

if Zager has a good meeting it might be tight IMO ,Fricke can't be worse than Monday ,a good meeting will do me though as a neutral .

Good news,big credit to the fans who have aside an incredible amount of money over the years.
