  1. Unfortunately his fellow Frenchman Bellego has the same temperament IMO.Highly talented though.
  2. Think he done the same at Sheffield and Vissing won the race?
  3. Don't think I am alone in thinking we should have tried to keep TJ at Berwick ,100% effort from him ,and could win races.
  4. Kev is getting his 7/8 points and is not going to get much better although not getting as many points at home as usual,Liam has got a lot to prove in speedway IMO and has had a poor start to the season in the Team proper which is a big ask.
  5. I think for a lot of riders nowadays( not just Berwick) it's just another day and another meeting.Stay safe there is always another day,it has been pointed out many times that there are bigger pay days riding abroad.
  6. Maybe he was just pointing out that we won't finish in the top 6!!!
  7. We've been getting gating lessons for years now, that's the problem!
  8. Well done to the Monarchs better Team on the night,Josh Pickering very impressive looks like they have found another decent Aussie.Few cracks showing in the Bandits line -up can only get better ,afew tough home matches to come based on tonight's showing,Luke done ok in my book for a 2 pt reserve. Clegg is pathetic around Berwick for a rider of his expieriance can see him getting the chop, definitely a weak link away from home cancels out Pickerings great effort IMO .
  9. Its poor to criticise a rider before the meeting,I'm sure he I'll be giving it his best shot.!
  10. Total farce all this doubling -up and down, they need to listen to the fans!!
  11. Not so sure of no back-up could have a dark horse in Mark Riss at reserve. If Masters and Wells win afew heats it could be tight IMO
  12. Can see us having a few dodgy home results if things do not pick up,we certainly don't look like play off candidates if early season form is anything to go by.
  13. Who's kidding who regarding Stadium can Pratt be so gullible to state in SS that he expected to be in by end of July.B#llrubbish.
  14. Assume so,doesn't waste words in his sentences when taking details!!!!!!
  15. Probably, but your paid to entertain the public all meeting not just when you feel like it.Winning his first 3 races makes it seem he was just taking the p#ss out of the fans who pay his wages at the end of the day.
  16. One of the most efficient operator on the phone that I have dealt with.Great guy.
  17. That was the only point I was making ,the riders don't won't to ride if it continues to rain nowadays,I have been a regular at Berwick in the last 50 years and it is only Really Since the bikes got to powerful and they needed slick tracks the meetings have not been run in wet conditions I sure there are plenty older fans like myself who seen speedway on wet tracks,Berwick was one of the tracks that held up well in wet conditions compared to a lot of other I have visited.Nowadays if rain is falling we have the big chat at the pit gate before the ref cancels the meeting.IMO that is the downside of track covers. No way am I criticising the Promotions efforts but the riders rule the day not the ref.
  18. Sheffield is a good track but is obviously too slick on many occasions
  19. Its all due to slick track and one racing line at most tracks.Belle Vue is a purpose built track for modern day speedway plenty room to race more than one racing line and produces great racing and is the exception to the rule. Most Polish tracks are in the same mould as Belle Vue and produce reasonable speedway.
