While I don't grudge Darcy a benefit meeting,it's pretty obvious he made a few quid riding speedway before his injury ,he not as skint as people are making out.There are plenty of Badly injured British riders would like the number of meetings Darcy has had to help him.The riders attitude towards the fans nowadays will come back to bite them one day soon.

Newman injury weakens Witches IMO ,will be pleasantly surprised if Bandits win on aggregate.Pity tie has to be played so early in season before Teams get into their stride but it is the same for both Teams.

Burger and Pies were amazing,believe he no longer is doing the catering,R Grant Jnr is now doing it.

Just let the start go even if someone gets a flyer as long as they don't touch the tapes,but amend the the rules that the rider is disqualified and does not get in the re-run that will soon sort itself out when the riders start losing money! I you go back to the days when they were pushing the tapes etc it really did not make much difference because unless the tapes were broken there was no re-runs there was some good racing when a lesser riders made a start .Nowadays though if you make start it virtually means you will be hard to catch which is the downside of my point.

While I sympathise with your situation ,I think it's obvious the problem appears to be at your end or there would be A lot more complaints of late delivery in various regions .

Is that to go along with 50,000 roofed Stadium to contain future crowds at Speedway.

People need to learn to drive on the right side of the road,that is not the speedways problem .There is not 2 lanes leaving the stadium,it is a single carriageway .

Likewise,supermarket diesel is not for me.

Someone with more knowledge than myself on this subject might know the right facts,but I was told a few years ago that the land in question had some type of soil contamination from previous industrial use that would have to be rectified before housing could be considered.Anyway does it really matter because the Tigers supporters have now got a cracking facility for speedway.

Ive heard they own a fair bit of the land roundabout the stadium if they want to build houses.Although it was previously an Industrial site and might cause some problems regarding housing.

Why would Glasgow not charge a fee,they are a business .The Profit from these meetings are shared I believe.

They have to be commended for the effort and money they are putting into the Stadium,it will have great atmosphere if they can get the crowds to increase.Hard to tell if Sat nights is a better option ,speedway at night produces better track conditions regargarding watering etc and under lights is another plus IMO .Wish them the best of luck.

Crowd capacity wise don't think Glasgow can hold as much as Sheffield ,so depends how many turn up like you say.There have been some decent sized crowds over the years,but seems to have dipped a bit recent years.

It obvious that the Promoters have to stop paying riders more money than they have got coming in.If the riders don't accept that they will soon have no income from the sport.

Exactly talk to the people that matter it's not Horton or Sandu they will just tell you a load of bull.Somebody knows the real reason why they don't want speedway in the Stadium(I think we all know the reason behind it ).it would save a lot of timewasting.Council need too clarify if there will ever be consent given for housing and it's time to move on.
