Meeting I have attended this have been excellent both track and riders seeming to be Ok.Why they done anything is a mystery.Hole into 3rd breaking up was only concern ,why doctor whole track.

There are many remedies on the banned list which having nothing to do with improving performances.In Athletics you have to get exemption certificate if in any doubt.The onus lies with the competitor,so riders should be not to complacent if in any doubt.
