Can't see many Championship Teams paying out money to ride and compete Premiership standard,think that is a major issue regarding 2 leagues .Some of these Teams will be struggling to break even on crowds they are getting.

Sensible post regarding changes/ ideas IMO .I am of similiar opinion but being a "forum fanny"" it doesn't count.Average crowds of 750 are pretty hard going at a lot of tracks these days IMO,but run correctly we could get them back up to this level.

It's pretty obvious that clubs need to run on the best night for them,and in a league that comes within their budget,don't think many clubs are making much profit,(if any).

Obviously Championship Clubs could see that it would harm THEIR BUSINESS and stuck to what was working for them.It could probably lead to breakaway movement if forced through IMO.Shambles.

I fail to see what riders get paid in Poland has to do with it.If British Promoters paided the rates THEY can afford it would solve a lot of financial difficulty.Let the riders ride in Poland for big money let's see how many survive on1/2 dozen meetings per year ( if they get paid).The chickens are coming home.!!

Do today's Promotions have the finance behind them to get the sport back to what it needs to be,most are consortiums of ex fans that rely on Sponsers for revenue and are struggling to balance the books with the riders demands these days IMO .

Your last paragraph is correct,unfortunately it gone that far downhill regarding status in World terms it's going to be a mountain to climb to get it back to that level and the fans are just not there in sufficient numbers these days.

Think Glegg had plenty chances at Edinburgh,better with who they have got IMO .

Clubs should race on the night or their choice,we will always disagree on rider availability,but we should pick riding that commit to GB even if it means lowering the standard .Fans Are paying over the odds for the standard they are watching now IMO.Id rather see young riders putting in some effort than watch what I am seeing now by so so called star riders.Everything hunky dory in BSPA TOWERS though.

If you look at previous seasons he always starts the season well,but once his Danish and Polish fixtures kick in he always" goes of the boil" either too hectic schedule or just playing safe for the money IMO .

Is Friday night working for crowd levels,was over for Berwick match and the crowd was poor IMO

You do what they done at Murreyfield for some football matches,produce and hang huge banners which photos of spectators making it look like a crowd

Fair comment ,but like I said you have to ride to the conditions,you don't like the shape but Howarth rides for Wolves which is similar IMO ,so he has no issues with shape.
