It’s obvious the set up at Glasgow will tempt any rider nowadays,that wasn’t always the case in the past,so good luck to them.At least he will get paid the deal he is offered, which is more that can be said at all clubs(GB and ABROAD).It is also worth mentioning that they can only sign riders up to Points Limit the same as other Clubs.Most Clubs are looking for riders to increase their average,so these type also have an advantage negotiating Terms.

Get real ,it’s a speedway track just because TJ struggled ,he has found his level, end of story.Some of the greatest riders the World has ever produced got round it without any trouble.

Considering he start on a 2.00 at reserve not that difficult ,plus he had a full season at reserve for Workington in 2018.

Expect Tigers to have another youngster lined up, and be relying on young Bailey to make a big step up as other reserve.Being honest don’t think Bickley made as much progress as he would have expected last season.He is still very young though.He will get another Team no problem

Most Teams have a fair idea what race night the majority of their fans prefer, do they take a chance and race on a different night.Sunday didn’t pay off for Sheffield last season,so I can see their point on moving back up if returning to aThursday race night .

That would be decent but can’t see it happening.

Professional ,dedicated and ambitious is what makes most talent succeed.Unfortunately a lot of young riders think they make made it when they have a van with their name on it.Its a hard game and very few make the top.Age is not a factor. IMO . ps They need a bit of luck though.

Fixed race nights could have been a stumbling block ,if they were indicted by the dangling carrot ( money).Imo
