One Big League - Problem Solved

Think you can add afew more names to your list as to who can be expected to compete. Just making the PL 8 teams does not solve any problems. -
One Big League - Problem Solved

It's typical that the Premier only interested in themselves ,as I said before .Tou can Imagine Glasgow taking the chance because of the backing behind them, but there is no way they will run at a profit as things stand in the sport.Think most fans can see what's coming another shambles. -

Wonder what Teams they will attempt to sucker this time ,just like they did in the early 90's. Call their bluff and tell them they have to move down would be my answer.Desperate times for speedway in GB. -
Agree, there is is some cracking talent coming through, what kind of money are they on at present?,then you have Roynon ,Clegg,Cockle,Bowen,Davey,Hopwood,Wilson,Shuttleworth,Atkins,Perry,Morley,Basbyall making up the numbers and probably getting decent money which hikes up admission prices .When you look at Buxton over the years they are the one team who tried to do it right and have paid the price.
-
It's certainly no Development League when you see some of the riders still hanging about in it.Bet hey are not riding for peanuts, that's why admission money is so high.
-
Always has been their way out of trouble, trouble is there is a big injury list these days and still growing.
-
Regarding riders availability Poland and Sweden pretty much rap up this weekend do they not?
-
The way things are going it might not be that"fake".its hard to see the fixtures getting complete in time unless they run them all in the last week.
-
It's typical BSPA,"I'm alright Jack".
-
You would have to ask Jye because there was nothing to obvious just abit of hard but fair riding from an opponent, when you see Jye 1st bend move on Riss it was just as hard but Riss got round him.Heat of the moment stuff.Mechanics and hangers on cause most of the problems these days, they need a ban IMO
-
While I am not a fan of guests and it has got Totaly out of hand,I don't see why you can't have one for any team member that is injured up to their average.Especially when you can have one for you highest average reserve.

2 in GB should be on the cards B.V has to be viable when you see some of the venues, although don't know who pays and how much to hold a Gp
-
I think we are in for a serious downgrading of he Sport if the Premier can persuade 2-3 Teams to move up like they did in the early nineties. The BSPA are only interested in sport at what they conceive as the highest level, the rest are left to sort themselves out. There can't be many clubs making money out the sport,it's only Sponsers and people with Money to lose that are keeping most Clubs afloat, and that can't go on for ever IMO. Personaly don't think crowds of around 400- 500 can possibly be viable these days, with the money that we hear the riders demand, but perhaps it's only rumours what the riders get paid and they are doing it for their love to the sport and entertaining the fans.

Watching Madsen to day makes you think he would be a top 8 candidate if he were riding in it.Possibly could nick a win in one.
-
If watching on Tv the main action is focussed on the leaders,if you attend you see a whole lot more exciting racing all down the field ,plus you get 4/5 hours entertainment for your money,a day at the British Super bikes is well worth the money. Think most fans will agree BV is the exception to the rule these days, great racing most weeks.

Let's face it its just a total farce and a shambles, the clubs still involved will probably finish up trying to cram their fixtures into a week with off nights and fans not being able to afford the money or the time to support their team away, given the North / South divide in the Semi's I wouldn't bank on a huge turn out for a NvS final in the last week in October on a cold damp night!. Still the weather might surprise us.Only in speedway.
