Agree 100%,most of British Speedway nowadays is just journeymen riders trying to earn as much as they can .I only hope the crop a young riders coming through don’t end up the same.You have to take your hat of to Lambert he has ambition to succeed.It is very hard to see a pathway for the Young Brits given the state of the the sport here though.

You certainly can’t anticipate a start these days ,refs seem to want the riders in even line over the 1st 10 metres,or he calls it back ,sometimes without aWarning!!! Doesn’t seem right.IMO

You can’t afford to be seen to give up in a race over there,you won’t get your next ride! You can see why the Brits find it tough.The young Russian was giving Doyle a hard time.!

Liked the Steve McDermott interview, he had a very laid back attitude and knew what he was doing regarding earning a living from the sport while still working at the same time planning his future( a few today need to adopt that way of life).He was a class act with a great style and very underrated.IMO. Friendly and a great servant loyal to Berwick and certainly seemed to enjoy his speedway.Obviously enjoying life which is great to see.

agree give then all a few laps to turn the dirt over ,some wouldn’t want to dirty their gear though.No fans so unless there was a curfew why not ! Technology rules the sport and they don’t want to sort it out like all other forms of motorbike sports have done

It’s clearly not working in UK though.As for moving away into a younger fan base it’s clearly not being able to attract them in UK.IMO.Polish Speedway is a good spectacle. IMO
