Some good high speed action, but only 1 decent pass all night .Nicols deserved a medal for effort he put in every race but only past one rider all night ( NBJ).Dany G the hero for 5 gate and go’s ,had Mr Barrie wetting himself with excitement

Thought he was well in the action in the World U/21 on Friday.He is well above NL standard

That’s why they are in a different league,they don’t miss the gate when it matters, think they took their foot of the gas when the got their 10 pt lead and Lambert had his joker ride over.

Very enjoyable meeting though the Aussie were much better value than their final total .didnt know a lot about Thompson or Cook before were impressive Imo.Bickley really needs to get some speed into his riding ,very stylish but does not venture of inside lines.Polish fans are amazing towards their Team and livened up the meeting and atmosphere. All the riders gave their all though.

Must have my dates confused, but I know Pepe was given the ultimatum for a meeting At Glasgow and he turned up.

There is no loyalty from most riders these days ,it’s just another day in another country earning some money for most of them.Im sure there is not 100% effort in a lot of cases. ps Pepe Franc turned up at Glasgow that day.

If you read Kevin’s blog ,he is not sure whether he had an Op.Thats my reading of it.Whether he is riding or not we will have to wait and see.

What is interesting to me is Birmingham quickly cancel their home meeting when Ellis wasn’t available because it would effect their home gate but are willing to go to Glasgow because they won’t lose out financially .Poor imo

Think the fans are starting feel they are being treated like mugs these days and voting with their feet.To many Promoters thinking fans should just turn up and pay at the gate when they decide to hold a meeting ,well it just ain’t happening.

it will soo I think 14 track specialists should turn up on the night and teams draw lots for riders. Leagues and Cups mean nothing nowadays, usually extra meetings fo guests..

Is there a practice for this event, will the public be admitted if there is.?

It’s about averages is it not ,they are killing the sport ,only IMO.

This rider merry go round just makes a mockery of the sport,he will probably be guesting for Birmingham or Redcar in a couple of weeks

There is no doubt the season is outstanding value.

Don’t know but don’t think these fixtures would threaten Play - Off chances.Only my opinion though.Its pathetic that the Promoters pretty much half their home fixtures and still can’t co- operate to help each, people can talk up the sport all they want but it is a shambles.IMO.They just expect fans to plan their season around a random fixture list and random call- offs.

That’s the problem in the Championship, majority of riders are to expensive for the crowd levels the Championship.

There’s more trouble on the Forum than in the Stadiums
