If you you the BSPA press release,it state that rising stars have to be 24 onJan 2021 ,there are other caveats regarding time in the sport ect.So guess James doesn’t fit in that respect.
Personally don’t think any club will want to run without spectators, this season could become very disjointed if you bring in different tier situation.
Sad news,Archie helped out many riders and the Club with his mechanical expertise and tuned engines for many riders over the years with great success. Condolences to the family.

Discarding the financial outlay(which is not the fans concern),unless they sign a couple of riders that are going to ride well above there starting average they might struggle.You need more than a big top 2 to win matches IMO.
Plus the fact you aTeam sign there Top2 at the age of 40 years+,who will probably be 60-70% of their budget.!!!!

Nothing against the riders but let’s be honest it’s just some easy money for them to back up their Premiership earnings.They won’t be taking any risks.
