Would like to see him do well ,but you can’t give these guys a start, and you can’t give an inch on the 1st lap.Very hard racing for 4 laps ,look at Chugunov he is right in among them.Dan needs the same attitude. He has had some nasty injuries though and that might play on his mind.
Got last weeks Star yesterday, but the delay is solely due to Post Office deliveries. IMO
Staff shortages no doubt,my Postman delivered my mail at 18.50 last night.
(included Star)
I realised it is not easy ,but major sporting events have cancelled months in advance not weeks, not much consideration of fans plans taken by Speedway Promoters.
I’m afraid BSI are just going to hang on to ticket money for as long as possible like Cardiff no decision till last minute.Poor show IMO.While I realised this is unprecedented they are not treating the fans well.IMO.
I think the main problem regarding up this season would be the restrictions imposed by Governments and testing procedures and cost ,maybe by next season these will be lifted to make running more viable. If some Promotions want to take the gamble that’s their prerogative.Given the financial state of the sport ,I’m not convinced running this season is wise. But who knows!!
It will be interesting to see what rules will be put in place by Government regarding testing riders and staff and the financial cost to these Clubs “ on the breadline” if they do run.Personaly can’t see where it will viable
Think that is a sensible decision. Trying to run a half ars#d fixture list will do more damage to the credibility of the sport. The rules that will be put in place probably means it won’t be viable for most Clubs IMO.
Glasgow have built a decent fan base of newcomers no point in damaging the relationship with them(and losing money at the same time).Well Done.
