A bit harsh on Greaves,when your struggling losing money and having a sh#t time,riding a speedway bike can’t be much fun.

What a farce just let him ride.It’s not his fault that the Team dropped him,if he is happy to comeback and ride for them and his average fits let him ride,it better that the farcical rising star situation where Flint will be guesting for the highest bidder for the rest of the season( through no fault of his own,just through the ill thought out rules as usual)

I think the negativity is because it coming from people who have witnessed what is happening at the Club over the last few seasons and now that Granty is bailing out they realise it more than most.!!

No chance of a Questionaire as they won’t get the replies they want to here.Majority of fans have been questioning the league structure for the last 10-15 years.Many know just don’t bother attending anymore,I’m in the same boat as you regarding attending.

Nothing new regarding poorly thought out rules,the last time something similar was introduced Steve Boxall make a mockery of it.They haven’t work out why the fans are so bothered about yet.Maybe be mentioned at AGM though .

I know Edinburgh have the facility but like you say not keen to use it. Glasgow can use any night(I Think).

Majority of teams have a limited off- night facility.

Perhaps if he stuck to riding for his own Club though these other incidents wouldn’t happen.It’s all about ME with riders these days.They forget who pays their wages the supporters without them he would be working for a living.( trying telling your employer your not coming in today because you have been busy all week somewhere else.

I agree the track seems to be better for the riders.

Fair play and credit to the Promotion for making the track alterations ,but it has make little difference to the racing.IMO.The riders might find it better regarding the entrance and exit to bends though.

As the cut off date is 26th Sept ,nobody knows who they will be racing.So obviously No news yet.

It’s interesting the just before Covid-19,the major Cinema Chains slashed its admission prices to £5.99 (half -price)because of falling attendance level and now they are thriving again.I agree that £30/40 is value but like you say no many will afford it every week.Speedway is a £18-£20 sport purely because of riders pay demands that can be resolved IMO.

Have you forgot 1st bend &2nd bend sort outs counts as passing at Berwick.

They don’t need the bikes just open for the Bars.

Gutted for Granty ,he was taking it over with good intentions and for the sake of the Sport and Fans,even he knew there was lot a lot of money to made,unfortunately it has not worked out well for him.
