There would still be the restrictions in place no doubt which does mean they would be taking a risk. With an open meeting you could always pull the plug if it was not viable.
It’s not really odd IMO,maybe Kolodzeij changed his setup and got it right,or Lambert changed his and got it wrong, when you look at the heat times they are all very similar.
I find it all nonsense about the delays between races in Poland, its no worse than here ,and is mostly due to their race formula ,riders getting 2 rides on the trot. Here there are more delays with reruns because the ref pulls the start back and even more with fence repairs after crashes which there are definitely more of per/ meeting In GB.
I’m not knocking Dan,but he has had a nasty injury which obviously set him back ,but IMO opinion he has along way to go to get to Lamberts level ,age is certainly on his side ,but whether he has the full package to make it to the top, time will tell.I certainly wish him well.
Mine’s seems back on track these days ,probably is your local depot.Read some where the Post Office has been heavily fined for not delivering 1st class Mail on time.!!
On what I have seen regarding attendances over the last few years,I find it hard to believe that it would be viable for some clubs to Open this season for a few meetings unless they have good Sponsorship Deals behind them. The riders will be desperate to earn, but at least they would not a big investment outlay for next year if they don’t ride this season surely.
