That is one big notable difference in Poland,the starting procedure is a lot more rigid, 2min clock,no lining up at an angle, disobey the start marshal at your peril !!. How it should be over here.

I think the main problem being the link did not give any indication that it was broken, just said waiting for Berwick Speedway Website after the count down had finished, and as the count down worked it was easy to assume there was still something wrong for everyone.Still live and learn.

Total liability on track most of the time .IMO .Think we can guess why.

Minimum width of straight for FIM regs is 10 mtrs,that is not narrow.Still not to worry we will to agree to disagree.Berwick does ride narrow.

You guys are unreal ,the track is not narrow.

Berwick Is no narrower that the majority of tracks in British Speedway. NSS is the exception as it was purpose built in modern times.The trouble at Berwick has always been the entrance and exits to and from the bends were narrow due to the football pitch.This was remedied this year with the alterations.

Berwick is not narrow ,don’t know what you are watching.It’s fast and the racing line is quite far out.They widen the straits by a metre and opened up the entrance to the bends before the start of this season.

I agree with what you are say but it’s the same in Poland,Denmark ,Sweden.We will just have to wait and see who develops to a decent level.

Last night showed why there needs to be a 2 minute clock.No messing about in Poland you have to be ready to race and obey the start marshal,goes like clockwork.

Berwick is not that narrow though.! Track changes made it wider than it was and it was F.I.M approved before it was altered.
