Who owns the land is it the speedway Promotion.Or was it the Farmer the was involved in the Promotion when it started?

Certainly was a talent,but let’s face it how long will he last.Bit of a gamble for anybody signing him.Wasted talent IMO can’t see him changing now.

Does this affect the land where the track is situated,could it mean a sell off to developers.

Nobody knows what was proposed to the Promotions yet.Teams are built to a budget whether it be large or small ,therefore Teams have to weigh up how much the suggestions being proposed will be worth running given the pandemic ,don't blame Swindon or Somerset for throwing in the towel on this season with the uncertainty. Maybe some of the proposed League set-ups will be made public before May!!!

You don’t go into a speedway match to buy a packet of digestives.

They certainly aren’t ahead of the game.Nothing new there though.Like has been pointed out elsewhere riders and contracts should be all signed up by December.Tell them to make up there mind where they are committed too,adjust GB speedway to suit with what’s left , after all the Poles seem to manage it.We are always going to play second fiddle to them nowadays. ,

Agree regarding Lambert,just took the p*SS at times with Kings Lynn ,self interest was his main priority .

There are just not the international meetings between countries these days that there was in the 70/80’s.Can’t see that changing anytime soon.Most riders just want to ride in Poland these days for the money and you can’t really blame them, considering the state of the sport in GB.Think you will find that if any of the youngsters coming through show some real talent at BL league level,they will be off abroad as soon as they can get a slot.Loyalty and Money don’t go together in Speedway.
