  1. It’s still “ pie in the sky” whether there will be speedway at Osdal, never mind a FIM standard spec.
  2. Disagree considering crowd capacity at tracks that have held previous GP’s.Guaranteed to be a sell out and some great track action.
  3. Hurry will be doing very well to get anywhere near a 6 average IMO.
  4. Don’t think Ground Capacity while affect crowd levels at most clubs.I.e most Clubs have crowd levels below 50% (as example).
  5. Has to be a worry regarding Older fans returning in same numbers. IMO.
  6. Started on Jawas, but purchased a bike from Joonas Klymakorpi.Finished with a nasty injury.
  7. That’s the problem when you create titles like “rising star “I can be interpreted in so many ways.Wish Greg the best of luck whatever.
  8. Don’t know, but had edited my post before you posted.
  9. Not a Professional approach if that is the case. Can’t see why they won’t be allowed to race in GB though,if they can race in Denmark and Sweden.
  10. Why has he signed for British Clubs then.
  11. Am I right in assuming that they are signed on their present average though.? even though they are considered “ rising stars”
  12. Grim .Questionable who will pay admission prices to watch old timers going through the motions.
  13. It’s only my opinion ,it is not a criticism. If it comes to fruition then well done.I have been around long enough to witness similar attempts at long term planning and not seen any come to fruition.
  14. You will get good odds on that happening.Don’t think you can plan that far ahead in a sport like Speedway.IMO.
  15. They certainly have a way of complicating things.
  16. In some cases probably both. This is not a criticism of the Promotion who do a fine job.It just fact that most modern day speedway youngsters don’t have the technical skills required to ride Armadale correctly.Even experienced riders have difficulty with modern day machinery.
  17. Wonder what rising star has been told he’s going to Edinburgh. That’s enough for him to hang up his leathers
  18. While you might’ve right regarding the future, but both have roughly the same average( under 4).I have seen Bickley a lot over the last 3 seasons and don’t think he has shown the improvement everyone expect,he has certainly been given plenty of chances with Workington and Glasgow. He does not seem to have speed, plenty of style ,but not a lot of battling qualities,he is still young though.Flint has that bit of bottle and is still young, he has had a good bit of track time over the last couple of seasons though. It will be interesting to see if he steps up over the next couple of seasons. To me it the usual with the youngsters nowadays a bit a dirt on the track and they struggle with the rocket ships they are on.Slick track throttle jockeys.
  19. Averages tell you they should really be the same grade IMO.Irrespective of what the future holds.
