I failed to see how Lidsey over performed last season he is a young man on the way up .WorldU/21 champion is heading the right way IMO.Early days to judge anything IMO.

I was vaccinated at a Health Centre,can only assume I might get the”Golden Ticket” when I get my second jab.

Missed out on that to,what’s going on here

Good Luck with the new audiences who don’t have rose tinted glasses.When will the penny drop that there are other activities on offer that provide better value for money outside the sport.The sport is not attracting new fans in numbers in the UK in the last 10-15 years.I certainly don’t know the answer to get them back, but certainly looks a long difficult task.I am still a regular attender but it’s more a social habit these days than the entertainment factor.Hopefully at Berwick the new track shape will help in the entertainment level.Money will get much tighter for a lot of people after this pandemic with possible job losses being a factor. It will be interesting whether the year out will rekindle the enthusiasm at the track and attract bigger numbers , time will tell. My one solution is that the sport has to take a step back to a Semi- Professional level regarding riders wages to cut the wages Bill to match crowd levels.It certainly won’t effect the entertainment level IMO.

Can see the “rising star” situation becoming a bit of a headache for some Teams.

It’s happened in the past and it will happen again.(Depending what Promotion needs help though).These rules are not for everybody.!

To be honest the whole Carter family Family were a bit unstable .The Father was a total head case IMO.

Especially in that era.!

TheLate great Wayne Brown at Berwick went from reserve 3.94 to 9.00 the next season and improved it again the next season.He actually improved overnight in the 2nd half of “78 after beating the Owen brothers at Berwick one week.Great guy sadly missed.

Jorgensen flatters to deceive IMO.Though he was a great signing for Berwick but is inconsistent at best never know from one race to next ,he is a good guy though.Had a nasty shoulder injury which seemed to set him back .

Could be a blessing the way things are going.
