Tricky one,Redcar good on paper but disappointing somewhat on the track,but dangerous opponents at Shielfield where they usually perform well

The bottom line is the riders are just not good enough.When you see the young Danes and Aussies making progress in Poland starting from scratch it hits home.It doesn’t matter who you are coming up against in GB you just have to beat them.!! The young Brits in the Polish u/24 league look out of their depth .There is a decent set up in Uk though.

Riders are the ones who have to put there neck on the line.Do you really think it could be fixed satisfactory on the night when you see what lengths they have had to go to to try and fix the problem,including having to satisfy the Control board.Let’s just hope they make a decent job of it now.

Your can’t be serious that the track was acceptable.The ref would not have abandoned the meeting if he thought it was Ok.

True but they inspect before holes appear,but the riders weren’t to happy.If it isn’t rectified properly could lead to a lot of discontent by riders and fans in the future.Hopefully it will be resolved to everyone’s liking.

Think he is going to have to complain to BSPA,he can’t keep this up all season,will be wanting compensation for his equipment upkeep.!

What it really shows is Granty and his track maintenance Team don’t really know how to prepare the track ,if they though it was acceptable in the previous meetings too.He did say track was the same in the previous meetings.

Big money on offer,Speedway riders have no loyalty when it comes to cash.

It’s really a World Team Cup Final in disguise.Most of the Worlds best are there,good prize money on offer.Just surprise the Brits see Harris as the future and have Brennan at reserve.

That was slightly different,it was due to Barker racing all the way to the line (pipped Ulli) and things got tight into the bend after race.

Tangled with Theo will congratulating each other after race ,fell and dislocated his shoulder.

It is,but that’s Speedway for you.Just enjoy the racing the results are meaningless.

Plymouth are a decent Team,if the pick the right guests,they won’t be far away from the Play offs.

There are reasons why some Promotions are out of pocket and Newcastle have shown plenty reasons why.
