It’s very labour intensive though like you say.

Are track covers the answer though,if it raining at the start of the meeting the rider’s won’t ride anyway,and using the covers on the bends makes the track patchy and difficult according too stories I’ve heard ,also the track has to prepared when they are taken off.They are labour intensive and require a lot of volunteers.Saved a couple of meetings at Berwick a few seasons ago ,but for some reason even they gave up on them now. No win situation IMO.

It’s not Professional but that’s how the sport is run the majority of the time.

They are going to ask Noah.He seems to to the expert on the matter and managed to solve it.

Perhaps next season they should bring in a rule that if a postponed fixture is not run with the next 7days(Teams have alternative race nights)the points are shared and the fixture not rerun.Too much blaming the other things at times when it is rider availability that causes the real delays and fixture chaos.

As a Professional Sport it is descending into a bigger farce as each season goes bye.

As long as the information you are posting is correct (and it has been)I don’t see what the problem is.

Their Pals,anything else you want to know contact them,It’s a closed shop they don’t tell everyone.

You could always pick up your Farewell to Armadale programme from this year.I’m sure they will have few left over.(this years never arrived on time for the match)
