  1. Clegg had 3 full seasons at Armadale though, more than most of the riders he beat.
  2. Well just completed the Bash the Bookie double(GP and Euro Winner) unfortunately forgot to enter this years GP Comp.! very surprised to find out I have won just now.! Thanks again to R and R for taking the time and effort it’s a good bit of fun. P.S. My latest Publication “How to beat the Bookie” will be on the bookshelf’s from Monday a bargain at £99.99. Buy one get one Free.
  3. His form recently has been a little “ hit or miss” but as you say at reserve he is more than capable of doing the job.He certainly always gives 100%.
  4. Agree,Pickering had to bust a gut to pass him or he would have had a paid Maximum, can’t think of a second string rider ever doing that at Armadale.(Could be wrong though).
  5. It the others I’m on about, the whole fixture list is the usual shambles, rain offs need to be dealt with in a better way than shoving them to the end of season holding up the rest of the league.Riders are running the show.
  6. It did, very poor performance from Monarchs, but credit to Lions they were good,Conner Mountain excellent.
  7. Bickley and Blair have pulled out according to Berwick Website(if I have read it correctly)
  8. Think you have to believe that they have tried everything unfortunately.
  9. But we’re talking about the of weeks with NO fixture. What’s the point if you can’t fulfil your weekly match.
  10. Why with only 8 Teams are the NDL struggling to fulfil fixtures then.
  11. The Monarchs are no push-overs.Not many riders enjoy Armadale and Their Top 2 can easily go through the card at most tracks, wish them well
  12. I would be surprised if he was ,have they not had enough of signing age over youth.
  13. At least it stops the criticism that he’s not that good.He has improved enormously this season with speed and style IMO.
  14. In the 12 seasons between 1968-1979 he average over 11pts on 7,over 10pts on 4 and 1 season 9.77.He was so Professional and consistent Is why I think the GP system would have been right up his street.Agree the Nielsen was in the same boat and would won more Titles in the GP system
  15. It’s all hypothetical,it’s just an opinion.Mauger was just so consistent. He still was averaging over 10pts in 1979
  16. Berwick website indicated the Stoneman had recovered from his injury.!
