Surely he can be arising Star at another Team if they want him though.Is that not the case ?

Facenna’s have done a wonderful job saving Glasgow Speedway,some people just can’t accept it for what it is.Sad really.

Does the Club pick the Rising Star that they want.? Does the rider have to go there.?

How can there be a rule that a rider refusing a rising star place cannot sign for another Club as rising Star,Find that hard to believe.There again it is Speedway we’re talking about.

IMO,Emil is a Top 5 rider in the world at this moment.
