Atkins was very impressive,stylish and in control after his 1st ride. ps was there just a little extra dirt on the track or was it the weather like was made out ,not sure.!!!!

That was poor all round from Bandits.Oxford lost their 3rd heat on the first bend and it was still not a last heat decider.Deary Me.Don’t think even the most ardent Bandits fan think Nichols and Masters would have been on the wrong end of a 5/1 if it had mattered.

Heeps has had decent meetings at Berwick but not recently.Maybe the Promotions being under the same Family they might feel sorry for us.!!

If Masters and Nichols bring their usual Shielfield form we will be up against it.IMO

Why is everyone doubting Erik’s health.You don’t honesty believe he would ride if he wasn’t right.He might have a race fitness issue but think he would pull out if it was health issue.

Anytime I’ve been to Ashfield there had always been some decent racing irrespective of the score line, ranks up there with Redcar and Scunny as real racing tracks

Bailey and Mulford in Ht 14.Mulford replaced Edwards.

Thought it was a mistake to take Edwards out of Ht 14. Deserved win for Poole though they just hung in there and are always going to be a handful in 13 & 15 for any Team.Great ride from Lawson in Superheat.

Sounds like a decent meeting kept the Tigers fans on there toes,after some were predicting a massacre.Win,win for Tigers fans.

The standard of the racing is what really matters and Ashfield produces some good racing.Would expect a Glasgow win.Edinburgh not keen to explain the Cook situation which come as unexpected to them IMO.Has he not indicated how long he expects to be out of action.
