Think Lee has been a major disappointment,it’s ok quoting averages to justify him ,but really Glasgow must have though he would have performed better against the leagues lesser riders in crucial heats.He is well past it.IMO.The gamble hasn’t paid of( so far ).

Scott Nichols is still Top Class in this League,everything is effortless and controlled having a great season.

I agree some could be caught out by “ over the counter” prescription medication,but like Kyle Howarth situation if you declare what you have taken and it tally’s with test outcome you will be exonerated.Pharmacist’s can’t be expected to know everything regarding banned drugs in sport,he just reads the label.Rider confidentiality seems to stop SCB explaining different reasons for length of bans.

Professional sportspeople should not be failing drug test given how much information they are given nowadays.

Don’t think the Mon/Thurs would help Speedway in General if there was a merger. Championship does not have to bow too Premiership demands .IMO.Premiership is the League in the most difficulty let them get on with it.

The weather forecast was not great and people like myself are not prepared to travel giving the experiences of riders attitudes if damp, raining or wet tracks.Scottish weather is so local and unpredictable it certainly doesn’t help matters.

I don’t particularly like this method either but like you say they know the score before the start.One thing that it does ,it probably stops riders “having a word “with other riders who are not in contention in last few heats to “ take it easy” in certain circumstances.We all know it happened in the past.Great meeting yesterday though. Gates were pretty even and riders had difficult decisions.
