The Teams were all built to the same points limit though, just depends the riders the Teams sign. -
Why would they,if they pick what they think is the weakteam ,it leaves the others to knock out one of the better Teams on paper, which it turn helps them.

Longtrack -
Think you too take finance into the equation nowadays especially if there is a fair amount of travelling involved.Which a fair few Berwick have too do.

Not riding I believe. no idea who guest will be -
The bikes are not that different from 2009 .It’s the way the track is prepared at times.
-
You would have to say it’s the riders that want the track way .IMO.We have the same track curators as in the Peter Waite days.
-
While injuries play there part guests cancel it out to a certain extent, they build Team to a budget but this season think it failed because the middle order have just not shown up at home hence the defeats. No overall improvement from Etheridge,Knudsen and Flint I would say is the main cause. There has been a lot pressure on Leon especially at home. They have been averaging about 7 heats winners in home meetings that spells defeats most weeks. That’s speedway everything depends what is done on the track not on paper.I said before I gave the line up the benefit of the doubt, but it has not worked out on track.Unfortunately.

Your right there, the last few matches the racing line has been a couple of feet from the fence from Heat 1.

Scud would come down the straights his head looking at the sky at Berwick, just got it down in time to turn the bend(most of the time).Great guy though.Must have been scary to be in a race with. -
I agree. It certainly didn’t help their pricing structure running double headers .IMO
-
Too try to save money on Ground Rental and First Aid was the reason I believe.
-
I personally think they got caught out with TJ average they perhaps thought he would be on his last Championship figure. But they are not going to admit that.
-
They say they build Teams too a budget to protect the future of Speedway at Berwick. It’s a fine line and it has too be entertaining to keep the crowd levels. There have been a couple of decent matches this season IMO,but results have been poor. The fixture list has been a shambles.Even now we have we Glasgow turning up without Harris a big attraction especially at Berwick when it been known all season he was in World Longtrack.with all these blank Saturdays throughout the season. It turning fans off the sport. Fans can accept guests for injuries, but they turn up every week for all sorts of reason nowadays.

It’s the typical GB speedway set up,it’s really a”boys club”.Conner is having good season and like he said at Plymouth the other night he’s enjoying himself,I wouldn’t let the” we need you to make up the numbers decisions”bother him his time will come.IMO. ps Good luck too Anders and Jason, they are both good prospects.
