It difficult to comprehend that the majority of speedway run at a loss most seasons.Whoever bankrolls these Clubs eventually bail out one way or another. This insistence to keep a Premier League will eventually fail .IMO.

The whole Premiership situation is a disaster.Virtually total silence to the fans who they expect just to turn up and pay their money.The Premiership is on its knees and cannot survive much longer in this situation,no one with any sense is going to invest in something that looks like it’s in dire trouble. Speedway needs total rethink in GB.2 leagues with the same riders in both is not the long Term answer .IMO.

While Louis is entitled to do what he had done.You have too question the way he has went about it and timing given his knowledge of the sport.IMO.

Would think it would be someone with money to burn.No way can it pay without top up TV money which looks unlikely at this stage.Personally can’t see it happening.

My point would be is that we shouldn’t be make up ANY rules regarding reducing averages.You are just opening the usual can of worms that devalue the sport as professional. A rider’s average is his average .simple.

He turned down offers before the season started though.Cant have it both ways surely.Introducing rules that can be manipulated as usual.

Totally agree.The situation regarding Premiership is a shambles.Where all these new fans are going to appear from and stick around. Given Ipswich success last season why Louis decided to pack in says it all for me.

Like you say no way should Ablitt should be given a reduction. Same should apply to Garrity given the reason he was lost to the sport. The sport is becoming a laughing stock and cannot be taken seriously anymore,certainly not going to attract many newcomers.

I certainly can’t see how there can be any criticism of BSN , you bought a package your were watching do roughly £ 5 a meeting. Race coverage was generally 1st Class and the Presentation Package on the night was excellent,unlike some Presenters on Discovery( no names) who hadn’t a clue on what to ask a rider.

The thing is it’s frustrating with late deliveries but there a fair difference in the price between Supermarkets and Subscriptions.You know most of the up to date news online anyway,I accept it as just a good read for GB Articles but I like the Foreign content now as it is a lot more interesting these days.Keep up the good work SS.

By next season they will probably have a reduction depending on what type of injury riders have.Its all back of a fag packet stuff making up rules.👎

Sad news very decent rider.

Majority or the riders he will be riding against are the same ones he will ride against in Championship, got to start some where.

He not really raced many riders that are Championship standard yet though. We will have to wait and see on that one.

It’s a very poor Premiership. How they couldn’t have worked out a One League situation .
