That Russian boy Laguta is quite good, maybe should be in GP’s.7 points

In 1998 I beat Nicki Pedersen in a stoke v Newcastle meeting but doesn’t mean I was a better rider than him5 points

Warrington for Kurtz, fricke lives in knutsford 😳😳, so your paying way over the top for a rider to score you 4 points in a final 🙈5 points

the world is waiting for the underdogs (Poo;e) to stop all the bs about their team and get behind a great club like Scunthorpe who build teams to produce entertainment for the fans from other teams and also their true supporters and not the glory hunters who MUST win at all cosst other teams . mon the scorps .4 points

Hopefully we've seen the last of them... they added very little, if anything.4 points

funny you should say that i won a second half final for the Alan Wilkinson trophy back in 81, and Russ abbott presented me the trophy. 🤣3 points

Tonight highlighted the difference between Zmarzlik and the rest... When he has a "poor night"... He wins!!!!!!3 points
-
Best rider in the world at the moment imo.2 points

Game over... A race that reflects on all four riders.. Zmarzlik did his usual 'dive bomb' and controlled it, as Dan moved out of his way.. And Freddie flew around both Dan and Magic.. Two "nice lads" getting owned by two lads who would ride over their granny to win a title...2 points

I would like them to increase these meetings, if clubs don't race a NDL team, they should have to hold a full scale individual meeting. With the lack of matches for NDL riders, they could do with more matches on a greater variety of tracks.2 points

If Boughen is in for Palm-Toft that is a ludicrous replacement, with all due respect. Do they think Boughen is going to score more than Lambert, Allen, Howarth and Mountain? Boughen is a good rider in the making and has a big future, but as number one? And with no T/Rs allowed, he has to take his allocated 4 rides unless replaced by a reserve.2 points

Why would Poole fans get behind Scunthorpe? Poole fans support Poole. Poole is built to entertain and win the same as every club.2 points

Let's hope he doesn't take a leaf from Ivan Mauger's book and miss it to prepare for the meeting. Hopefully it'll be good weather, 2 full teams... and a Lions victory 🦁 🏆 🏅2 points

Or they think Laguta will get more rides today as he will get a T/S !!2 points

Yeah, what Carter done at the end of his life wasn't dangerous at all. I would put him down as a far bigger scumbag than Jason Garrity and that is saying something.2 points

What nobody has mentioned yet, its only 10 GPs next year, this year we had 11. Is that the progress WBD has promised us when they took over to spread the speedway gospel across the globe?2 points
-
But the GP should be about the racing. Not everything that goes on but that like Cardiff. makes me laugh, well angry actually that everyone says they go Cardiff just for the day part, maybe just speedway fans are all alcoholics2 points

Two British lads in the top 4.... And World Champions too... A shame those who run the sport in this country cannot market it.... Two very marketable lads....2 points
-
If thinking inside the box, means putting a GP on the best track I. The country, then I'm glad they did that. Personally I don't see why anyone would be against this round, if they prefer Cardiff - just go there!2 points

Not even your messiah laguta can save Wrocław in the second leg, they have gusts who won’t score and have their best reserve who if he rides will be carrying an injury, against another team possibly but to much in-depth strength for Lublin1 point
-
Agree, he has had a good season though. That Lublin Team is ridiculously strong.Even the 2 reserves are World U/21 Champions. Some decent racing though.1 point

Interestingly that stand very much helped us secure next years GP. Speculate to accumulate - not UK speedways way but then “we’re from Manchester, we do thing differently here.”1 point

I've been fortunate enough to watch him race since he was a 15-year old at St Austell and it's fantastic to see him still going strong. The guest stuff always gets brought up but there's a reason why he's generally the rider teams go to and that's because they know he will turn up and give maximum effort whatever the conditions, he plays his part in helping out the rest of the team and of course for the fans he'll provide great entertainment. Even in the dullest meeting you know you will get at least a couple of races with a bit of excitement and at times it feels as though he's keeping the sport afloat by himself. Hopefully he's got plenty of years left in him!1 point
