  9. Correct, 2.5% discount is 0.075 which means his average should be 2.93 when rounded. An average of 2.92 would mean a 2.66% discount Manipulated to suit.

  13. The clear and obvious answer, given the way UK Speedway is ran, is that it is for people who want to finance an expensive hobby... Hence the rules get consistently "made up" to ensure this hobby can take place regularly... No "independent body" would ever sanction a large amount of the regs and rules that get signed off by those who "self police"... Test Matches would have a huge novelty factor nowadays given the fact they don't take place almost ever in the UK.. And with many top class Aussies over here, an Ashes series would stimulate interest in the sport I am 100% sure... The only watch out would be that the promoters would allow Bomber to guest for the Aussies if GB didn't pick him... Only in the first test though obviously... He could ride for GB in the others... Alongside Emil...

  14. As others have said, can't see that happening, Workington have plenty of points to play with so won't be looking for a reserve imo

  15. Hagon is way too much of a crasher and injury prone so running that very likely risk could prove fatal to Poole. Along with Perry, who’s just recovering from a nasty injury and a potential knock to his confidence. So in my opinion Ablitt is far better than him and should dominate at the reserve spot if he rides like we’ve see week in week out. Harrison will do fine round the ewr and lambo will get a max every week

  16. Tbf now the point limit has lowered, many teams look weak, or certainly week in some areas of the team. I'd say I've not seen a single team I would call strong, but someone has to finish top (even if they all look weak pre-season).

  17. Workington need some riders with established GB league pedigree to finish the team off now. Interesting team building so far but 3 newcomers to GB and the enigma that Cook now is could cause them a few problems. Good to see Worky back in the championship though.
