Pathetic decision to allow Leicester to flout the rules. We're supposed to be limiting the replacement facilities to give newcomers a chance, yet before a wheel is turned it has all gone out of the window. If they'd lost a high averaged rider and there were no similar replacements available, you could half understand it. But they've lost a 4-point man. There's plenty of 3 pointers who'd be an adequate replacement.

I think I am a jinx. Regular at Wimbledon, Hackney, New Cross, White City (London), Crayford, Romford, Rye House, Arena Essex and Skegness plus visited Cradley, Coventry, Canterbury, Rochdale and Exeter. Only tracks I have seen racing at that are still running are Eastbourne and Isle of Wight.
