Drew Kemp will be taken into the Eagles nest and treated as part of the family, nurtured, looked after and sent on his way to a good career in the sport..

He will be fine Skidder i am not a fan of Poole's but Middlo and Havvy are two who do take stick on this forum but for me i like both.I only met Neil a couple of times to speak to in the eighties ( not at a meeting) and he was down to earth and a decent guy and Havvy will be fine.

All the premiership teams match day programmes need to be A4 in size now just to fit the Panthers full name on the cover.

That's as maybe, but without the necessary skills to do the job he will fail. I saw plenty of Havvy during his spell at Coventry & concluded he wasn't cut out for the job , I'm pretty sure I wasn't the only person to think that either.

I think that he rode for Birmingham in 1976 and Cradley, his last season, in 1977? Sure that Sid is right...he was injured hand gliding of all things! Again there was an interesting interview with him in "Backtrack" a few years back now.

If rules allow I'd have called us Crendon Timber & City Auction Group Panthers to show that it's two companies. Crendon City Auction Group Panthers sounds a bit strange as you'd be looking for Crendon City on google maps!

Increasingly difficult to absorb news overload from bosses , re team, admission and season tickets. Difficult to decide which of the many options to go for. Certainly believe in keeping customers in the loop at every opportunity

They were superb . They could really kick on this year along with Leon Flint . I think Kemp in particular is on absolute bargain average. Really encouraging signs for Eastbourne in 2020. Yes granted lets see how tomorrow goes important to build on his performance.

Interesting appointment. Havvy left the Bandits under a cloud with questions being asked about his knowledge of the rule book , amongst other things. He wasn't seen much at Redcar last season with rumours of a fall out, but time will tell if this is a master stroke or just a box ticking exercise. Let's hope it's the Havvy of old and we see that smile back again. Can't wait to hear his interview at Newcastle!

Sure, Gary will put his all into it. That’s what I want to see. Most people (not you doctor)seem to think Middlo is an average to awful manager in the U.K. so I guess it doesn’t matter anyway.

There are numerous posts on this forum to the effects of “Speedway is dying on its ar*e, something needs to be done”, “this time next year there will be no speedway, something needs to be done”. So this year they try something different, and it’s “ We don’t want change, we like it as it is”. Ok, it may/ may not be a good idea, but at least they are trying something different. Like 99.99999% of posters on here, I was not at the Committee meeting but if anyone was, and I don’t mean “I was told” or “ my mates great aunts sisters brother has heard”, please tell us all exactly who agreed to what.

My main point was that there are people turning up for this meeting wanted the stadium to be built but no Greyhound Racing .Now no matter what side of the fence you are on that is just plain stupid as business wise that would be impossible .
