Prague GP

Recommended Posts

Might as well start another thread about this and keep it nice and tidy.

Who else is going? I'm going from the Saturday(too early) to the Monday evening. Don't know where I'm staying yet. And waiting for the tickets to come out.

Hi Jo

I paid £150 return last year but that was from Birmingham and flying to and from on a Friday. The cheapest seems to be BMI from east midlands which I guess would suit you. Be aware that prices vary significantly from day to day. Check different days to fly out and return. I saw prices ranging from about £30 to about £145 on BMI website. Only difference was one flew out Thurs and one Fri!!! (I think those were the right days) Haven't looked recently, cause the schedule wasn't out for Sept., but try Czech Airlines. I flew with them last year and can't fault them. ;)

I'm flying from EMA with Easyjet £63 return. Travelling to Prague on Frifay and returning to EMA on Tuesday. The cheapest flight we saw was about £30, but that was going on Sat and returning Sunbay, biggets problem was ensuring you got there in time for the GP, hold ups, customs etc etc.

By the way my hotel is costing only £86 for four nights, so I'm taking her indoors for a break.

with easy jet the prices fluctuate daily, when we trid to book the tickets they were advertised at £14 outward for Friday, but when we booked three tickets they came up as £27, (plus airport tax)

what you must do is try departing and returnung on different days to get the cheapest price. If you are staying in Prague with your boyfriend or mum or whoever, then go to a hostel, it only cost about £10 a night although you will be sharing a bathroom with others

If you need any more help e-mail me direct

Jo

I'm flying with Easy Jet (Stansted) from very very early Sat to Monday evening price £55.

Just had a look. The cheapest price is £70 Fri-Tues. You just click on the circle for when you want to go/come back and it works it all out for you. This doesn't mean you are booking the flight.

Good Luck

from the other Jo :)

Guest matty wigs

We're going out on the Wednesday and flying back on the Sunday night - and paid £16.50 outbound and £46.50 return.

Flights with Easyjet from Stansted.

Prague is such a beautiful city, it's well worth considering going out early and taking advantage of the cheaper flights. The atmosphere as you build up to the GP is awesome too. I had a great Friday night/Saturday drinking and singing in the city bars with big groups of Swedes, Danes and Poles.....
