Subedei
Today's third Ekstra Liga meeting sees Gdansk hosting a Wroclaw side that doesn't look to be fielding either Hans Andersen or Antonio Lindback. Guest Dog
I'm going to Zielona Gora. I think it's a big opportunity to win with Tarnow and to start better time I hope Richardson makes upper 10 points and he'll start in each match. He's a good rider and he always make everythink for his team. Greetings from Poland

I thought it a good effort from Zielona Gora against a super-powerful Tarnow team. When TR and TG are in form, they're going to make life virtually impossible for any team. iris123
And where is your lovely assistant this week, with the averages
Subedei
I'm realiably informed that the Fairies have released the lovely ZKZ Kitten. But now she's taking a little break from the forum and so I'm having to do the league table myself. The averages will be posted tomorrow, but Ryan Sullivan is still going to be heading the pack. A maximum last week and another this week - great stuff from the Aussie, who's performing indifferently elsewhere. Obviously, her absence has reduced interest in these threads, but hopefully she'll be back very soon.
home straight
Ryan Sullivan!!!!! It would appear he is over his injury then. Thinking about it, its not a total surprise he does so well in Poland when you think he has spent the better part of his career over here riding at the showground. Hope he can take todays form into the "wide open spaces" at Kirky tomorrow
iris123
Yes,very strange how he can do so well in such a strong league, but not in others.Been sitting here watching the Edward Jancarz meeting someone kindly sent me.See Leigh Adams in a different light as well, riding with tenacity. Also first chance to see Hlib.Quite impressive
Subedei
The recent eclipse in Andersen's form is also interesting. Think maybe he's paying the price for spreading himself too thin. I can see Wroclaw going with either a wholly Polish side in the next round (they were considering it for this round), or giving Lindback another try. A couple of points from a foreign rider just isn't acceptable to the Poles. Edited July 3, 2005 by Subedei
iris123
Think your right there.Don't know the regulations but Torun's loyalty to Puszakowski could be there downfall.Maybe they can't change, but apart from one meeting don't think he has scored much at all.Thats o.k if all the others are going well but if someone else is having a bad day the team is stretched
Subedei
Torun are missing Zabik. It's easier to cover a misfiring rider if you've a full compliment of riders, but if you're using rider replacement it becomes harder.
Subedei
Anyway, what I find interesting about Polish league racing is the apparent clarity of the rules. You touch the tapes, or exceed the 2 minute allowance and it's a 3 man race - you're out of it. Doesn't allow for any smart tactical moves by a manager to buy time, etc. And the good old fashioned tactical rules - you're 6 behind after Ht 4 and you can replace a rider with another rider. To me, it makes sense. How about anyone else?

Subedei
Well, I struggle with Polish, but Holta was excluded (I think) from a race involving K Kasprzak, so I guess Holta and Kasprzak had a coming together.
