tommy
Bjerre to Torun?!? Yep, I think he already signed-Torun just has to announce it and make the signing official. Seen Bjerre last year in Gorzow, wasn't too impressed with him.I guess its just a question of getting used to polish tracks and IMO he'll be good for about 7 points in E-liga. Subedei
Interesting that Gdansk, apparently one of the clubs that wanted restrictions on foreign riders lifted, have so far only signed one overseas rider.
Subedei
Well, since we've been away, Wroclaw have finally swung into action and named, more or less, a complete squad, including Andersen, Crump and Hampel. Miskowiak's gone to Leszno, while Ricky Kling has joined the club. Wroclaw have also named an impressive total of six juniors, seven if you include Kling. Rune Holta has joined newly promoted Rzeszow.

Hazzman
Bjarne Pedersen to Torun?!? Howe to Leszno?!? Gdansk are looking very weak this season, no Pedersen now.
tommy
Who knows if Gdansk will even be allowed to start in e-liga. The deadline to pay off their debt was on Dec,31st. This means they don't receive the licence to ride in e-liga. Now it's just a question of time before authorities make some kind of a decision. ps. Ricky Kling and Filip Sitera in Wroclaw. Would ZG be offered the place if Gdansk have defaulted, or would the E-Liga just go with one less team? It would seem very unfortunate if ZG got offered the place after letting Nicki leave... Hazzman
Gdansk are in trouble, no Bajerski, no Bob The Pole, no Pedersen and trying to take Hancock to the cleaners.

Its defenitely one of the options, although Ostrow lost out in a play-off with Gdansk, IMO they should be the first team to be offered a spot. If ZG does get the call I hope the promotion declines-its too late in the year. Our team is built for 1st div....like u say ...we never had a chance of bidding for GP riders, not to mention contracts, sponsors, etc. The assh0les who rule speedway should have thought of expanding the league a lot sooner, now they're left in a though situation. So we might end up with 7 teams in e-liga which is 3 meetings per round .....what a farce... ...the circus continues... Mateusz
Gdansk's chances to ride in Ekstraliga are close to zero - say Polish newspapers. On 9th January GKSZ are to make decision what to do with Gdansk. As Tommy wrote - it's all a big mess ruled by assholes
