foreverblue
If Lindgren has any form of concussion he will not be able to ride in either leg of the final.Lets hope he hasnt, wont be much of a final without him.

Wolfsbane
Absolutely gutted 1 flipin point. Congrats to wolves and good luck to both teams in the final. If belle vue didn't have bad luck we would have no luck at all. Tungate e/f when 2nd changing a 3/3 to a 2/4 and the ref making a terrible descion in heat 13 when itvwas clear lindgren turned left then locked up but that's speedway. Lindgren was taken to hospital so he may not even be fit for the final, even if he rides will he probably won't be 100%. We've not finished punishing you for 1993 SA. 1 point is as tough as it gets. KO cup maybe?
Beowulf
Pure racing incident that could have gone either way.. Sadly someone has to go... Lindgren locked up just slightly and Bjerre simply couldn't avoid him... Maybe the ref was using the fact Lindgren was in front to exclude Bjerre? Probably, if on TV, the several replays would have meant Lindgrens removal from the race.. Definitely not a track to lock up on is the NSS such is the speed and usual close proximity of the rider behind.. Anyhow, done and dusted now, let's hope Lindgren isn't too badly hurt and can continue his GP quest for Silver.. He showed tonight (again) the difference between the GP riders and the rest when they give it the same level of 100% focus that they do on GP nights and when racing in Poland.. That small mistake apart he would have gone through the card again I reckon... THE difference between the sides... The racing to be honest wasn't that great as many races were strung out but the scores' close proximity kept it entertaining.. Dan Bewley, once again showed what a potential gem this country has.. Mike, and all the decent Belle Vue fans on the forum (that's everyone except flange), if the decisions haven't gone your way, then bad luck, maybe it will be evened out in the future.................
Wolfsbane
Avoiding any controversy, how good to have a tie fought out without ruddy TRs

It will be close again I think. Avoiding any controversy, how good to have a tie fought out without ruddy TRs Interesting that under the TR rule belle vue could have had one, wolves wouldn't have got one. Fourentee
Well done to Wolves, and commiserations to the Aces. Over the course of 30 races there will always be "what if" moments, but that is the nature of sport. The Knockout Cup may yet bring some consolation to Belle Vue. mikec
Absolutely gutted tonight that we've missed out on the Grand Final, big respect to both teams who gave it absolutely everything. Congratulations to Wolves & good luck in the Final. Hope Lindgren & Thorssell make speedy recoveries. In the heat of disappointment, perspective needed. From almost having no club at the start of the year, 2017's been some ride as an Aces/Colts fan, loved it - & it ain't over yet! Yep every track has them. Just pointing it out after certain bv fans pointing out things that happened at Wolves last week. Apparently some bv fans cheering the announcement of Lindgren's withdrawal as well...
alkadera
If it's true then it was obviously ONE idiot, not hundreds of idiots cheering an actual speedway crash. It's on the bv fans fb page. Cheering lindgrens withdrawal? That must be the hundreds of idiots then
Phil The Ace
Well done wolves. A 1 point so. So close but yet so far. Not sure what the ref was watching in heat 13. Disgraceful belle vue fans tonight. Ashamed to be amongst them. Booing wolves riders all night. Luckily it's just the ones that come out of woodwork at play off time. Hope Freddie gets well soon. That was one of the worst crashes I've seen. He diddnt look to good tbh and is surely out next week. Anyway well done wolves and swindon.

stevebrum
Wtf was lindgren doing. Idiot NB NO cheering from aces fans Lindgren looks a bit 2nd hand walking back to the pits, idiot. the rider is injured and it held up the re run for half hour. What's wrong you? still, we all know Belle Vue have some of the worst supporters going. BV fans cheering announcement of lindgren withdrawing apparently? it's no surprise. The Aces have some of the worst behaved fans in the country. Beer can thrown at masters/Schlein after heat 15. Classy. Again, it's no surprise. The Aces have some of the worst behaved fans in the country. What a surprise as far as the result goes. Absolutely superb after the supposed safest track in the UK forces a GP star to pull out. Using others analogy of safety (Flange, Brandon Bob) any track that causes injury must be a horror track, right? 2 riders injured over 2 meetings by Aces riders. Says it all. Proud of the boys, the top 2 teams in the country go head to head next week for the title. Swindon have injury concern over Ellis, although that pales into significance with what looks like our top 2 missing. Huge achievement to make the final against the odds. Well done. I'm not a fan of the booing, it got on my nerves to be honest, but the bottle throwing is well past the level of what's acceptable and needs to stamping out very quickly.

There's nothing wrong with pantomime booing, if it's just that. Andreas Jonsson always looked very bemused when booed riding for Coventry at Wolves.

Only a minority and after he had walked back unaided to the pits. No cheering at all when he caused the crash unlike wolves fans on Monday. Kenny wasn't best pleased with the idiot either. Wtf was lindgren doing. Idiot NB NO cheering from aces fans Lindgren looks a bit 2nd hand walking back to the pits, idiot.

You obviously werent there. Lindgren caused the crash, desperation when Bjerre had got ahead. Its a good job the track is so safe, people are saying its the worst crash they have ever seen yet Lindgren, Bjerre & Cook all walked away. On another track the injuries would have been so much more severe as they avoided hard impact with fence as the track is so wide.
