I will say this about tolley he is a strange character with his fingers in many strange pies but he is obviously a shrewd businessman

No, he would of carried on at Birmingham had the council give him free reign over the stadium, his dream now is cradley but for the time being that is staying a dream, my own opinion for what’s it’s worth is if the bspl actually encouraged tolley with something he might do it, but they just call up say would you run ****** or ******, it’s going to cost you £???
